EMBODIED is a live group program I created for people much like YOURSELF, who are really passionate about healing their old wounds and evolving into the most authentic, free version of themselves.

The Journey will include group trainings that build on each other.
We start in playful connection and intention.
Through this program, you will learn how to build somatic (body), mindful, and relational awareness in your life in ways you never knew possible.
From this place you will build an effective, sustainable, personal transformative practice that will lead to a NATURAL EMBODIMENT of your deepest truth, your most radical authenticity and a sense of inner freedom you KNOW is possible. 

WEEK 1: ORIENTATION TO EMBODIMENT

- Intro to the concept of embodiment and its' relevance to boundaries
- Group agreement and establishing safe and respectful container for support, learning, and co-regulation
- Intro to Somatic Awareness practices (body scanning, resourcing, breath work, grounding techniques)
- Deepen your why, your intentions, your vision

WEEK 2: UNDERSTANDING BOUNDARIES

- What boundaries are and why they are important
- Identification of personal boundaries and their relationship to the body
- Intro to Polyvagal Theory and it's relevance to boundaries
- Embodied tools: somatic awareness to identify and explore personal boundaries: body mapping, kinesthetic empathy, expanding personal space 

WEEK 3: TRAUMA & BOUNDARIES

- How trauma can impact the development and maintenance of boundaries
- Intro to the neurobiology of trauma and how it affects the body
- Discussion of attachment theory and its' relationship to boundaries
- Embodied tools: somatic awareness to support trauma healing, developing healthy boundaries, pendulation, resourcing, titration techniques

WEEK 4: SOMATIC AWARENESS & BOUNDARIES

- Deepening somatic awareness practices to support the development of healthy boundaries
- Exploration of embodied experiences related to boundaries
- Discussion of the nervous system's role in response to setting and sustaining healthy boundaries
- Embodied tools: boundary exploration through movement, gesture, and touch

WEEK 5: COMMUNICATION & BOUNDARIES

- Communication styles and their impact on boundaries
- Intro to NVC
- Practice in setting & communicating boundaries assertively, compassionately, emphatically
- Embodied tools: voice and gesture exploration, role-play and practice, co-regulation

WEEK 6: BOUNDARIES IN RELATIONSHIPS

- Exploration of boundary dynamics in different types of relationships (e.g. romantic, familial, professional)
- Discussion of power dynamics and their relationship to boundaries
- Practice in setting and maintaining boundaries in different types of relationships
- Embodied tools: somatic awareness practices include negotiation through movement, touch, role-play, facial expression, posture

WEEK 7: BOUNDARIES & SELF-CARE

- Exploration of self-care practices and their relationship to boundaries
- Discussion of self-compassion and its' role in boundary setting and maintenance
- Practice in identifying and implementing self-care practices that support healthy boundaries

WEEK 8: INTEGRATION

- Reflection on the course and its' impact on personal boundaries
- Discussion of ongoing practices to support the development and maintenance of healthy boundaries
- Closing ritual and celebration of growth and learning

WHEN ARE THE GROUP SESSIONS? WHAT'S THE TIME COMMITMENT?

The group will meet for group coaching bi-montly on one of the days below. The times are TBD and will be updated soon.

DAYS FOR THIS TRAINING
- Sunday mornings MST and/or Wednesdays

WHAT IF I MISS A DAY OR AM TRAVELING?

That's okay! Everything will be recorded and if, for example, EVERYONE is traveling one week, then we can, as a group, decide to reschedule that week and add it at the end of the program.

You will still have full access to the program & group. Overall, attendance to trainings is important as this is a BETA Program and I will be only taking students who can commit to participation including the feedback forms. 

WHAT ARE RESULTS CLIENTS & STUDENTS HAVE HAD WITH THIS PROGRAM?

- one client went from being estranged from siblings (in their 60s) to being BACK in contact with siblings, in a respectful loving way
- one client learned to embody and garner RESPECT from work colleagues
- one client learned KEY loving boundaries with parent and sibling and was no longer affected emotionally by their behavior

IS THERE ANY REASON I SHOULDN'T OR WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THIS?

If you are in a mental health or medical crisis, this is NOT the program for you. In fact, Lydia does not recommend coaching as your only emotional/mental support. Please make sure you have access to support as all forms of somatic and embodiment practices may bring up trauma stored in the body. Lydia has training to be trauma-informed and holds the right to make sure each student is a good fit for the safety of the program and everyone in it.

This training is NOT for people who are overwhelmed and super busy as DUE to the discounted price, feedback forms will be important
